  • Chuck and Clark founders
  • 2003 Sauvignon blanc - slightly buttery, eat with seafood, sparkly/spicy body
  • 2005 Ainfandel - spicy/cigar taste, lasts on tongue, side of tongue, American Oak, 1-2 years old, 2/3rds content
  • 2005 Cab Sav. - since 1971, 100% cab, mint and bitter
  • 2005 Special Cab/Sav - blackberry, less bitter, sweeter, more flavor, finish on front of the tongue, eat with steak or ham

  • 2006 Sauvignon blanc - strong first taste, apple, acidic, tart
  • 2004 Merlot - smokey, oaky, big oak
  • 2004 T Bar T - tannons, lss fruit, nose + fruit forward
  • 2004 Napa cab - mild fruit, bitter taste on tongue
  • 2004 T Bar T Cab - long finish 2-3 seconds
  • 2004 Kathren Hall Cab - nose, more tannons, long finish
  • 2004 Bergfeild Cab - tannons, fruit forward, spicy (100% Napa cab)
Anderson Valley Pino (haven't tried, just a recommendation from a drunk at the wine bar)

  • 2006 Chard. Spring Mountain - white peach, sparkley, buttery, crisp
  • 2005 Carnos Limited - velvety, blackberry
  • 2004 Merlot
  • 2004 Cab - full flavor, tannons
